Turkey with mushrooms, apples and cider
4 PCs Turkey (fillet) - . (700g)
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. flour

25 g butter
100 g onion (finely chopped)
100 g mushrooms (sliced)
1 PCs Apple (peeled slices)
150 g dry cider
salt, pepper - to taste
almonds (roasted) - for garnish
Lay the fillets into pieces, removing the tendons and film. Connect peppers with flour and roll them in slices of Turkey. Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan. Add the Turkey and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cider, cover again and cook for another 12 minutes. Check seasoning the Turkey, season to taste and serve, sprinkle with almonds. In order to avoid adhesion of the portions to each other, well, roll the Turkey in the flour.
