Skewers of vegetables and Turkey
2 kg Turkey fillet
6 tubers potatoes
6 heads purple onion
2 zucchini (large)
2 bell pepper red
2 bell peppers yellow
8 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
Marinade:
1 glass soy sauce
1 glass Apple cider vinegar
1/2 Cup sesame oil
2 tbsp. garlic chopped
2 tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
2 tsp. black pepper
Turkey fillet coarsely chop.
For the marinade all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, pour the marinade over the Turkey, cover, remove it for 8-10 hours in the cold.
Cut the bell pepper commensurate with the pieces of Turkey slices, zucchini - thick slices, onions cut in half, potatoes cut into thin plastics.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice, pepper and salt, pour over vegetables, cover them and put it in 30-40 min in the cold.
Strung over the Turkey and vegetables, alternating, on skewers so that on each side of the slices of Turkey were pieces of pepper.
