Classic chicken curry
200 ml water
2 chicken breast
2 garlic cloves
1 onions
? sweet green pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
Finely chop the onion, put the heated skillet with oil and fry on medium heat, then add the chopped garlic.
Tomato paste and curry stir, add to the onions with the garlic, fry all 1-2 minutes, then sliced into medium pieces of chicken stir 5 minutes, pour the water, salt, simmer over moderate heat for 20-25 minutes
Add the sliced julienne peppers, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes
Serves classic chicken curry with a side dish of rice.
