Casserole rice with curry
Ingredients:
110 g rice long grain
1 glass vegetable broth
3 tbsp. milk

1 onion - head
2 garlic cloves
50 g Edam cheese grated
2 PCs eggs
1 tsp. vegetable oil
3 tsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. curry powder
ground black pepper , salt to taste
Fat: 13 g
The rice pour boiling broth, mixed with milk and curry simmer for 5 minutes. Then season with salt, remove from heat and leave the lid on for 15 minutes.
Onions and finely chop the garlic, fry in butter, mix it with rice, add spices, stir and put the paste into a greased form.
Egg whisk the tomato paste. Pour cooked mixture of rice, sprinkle with cheese and bake until Golden brown.
When serving, cut the pudding into serving and decorate with greens.
