Rice casserole with ham
Ingredients:
110 g Long grain rice
2 glass vegetable broth
100 g ham
1/2 onions - head
1 h. l. vegetable oil
250 g low-fat cottage cheese
2 Art. l. milk

3 h. l. tomato paste
1 pcs. egg
50 g Gouda cheese
ground black pepper, salt to taste

Boil rice in vegetable broth 2/3 norm.
Ham and onions cut into cubes and fry in butter. Tomato paste, spread the remaining broth and warm.
Curd connect with milk, ham, salt, pepper, add the prepared tomato paste, rice, beaten egg and mix.
The resulting mass lay out a form, oiled, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 � C.
Before serving, cut into portions casserole and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
