Casserole with tomatoes
Ingredients:
150 g semolina
4 glass vegetable broth�
1 kg tomatoes
2 PCs carrots
1 onion - head
300 g curd
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 glass bread crumbs
red pepper powder, salt to taste
In the boiling broth in a thin stream, add semolina and cook thin porridge.
Tomatoes cut into slices, carrot slices, onion half-rings.
Onions and carrots connect, fry on the part of the oil, salt and pepper.
Prepared vegetables connect with cottage cheese, semolina porridge and put into a form that is greased. Lay on top of the tomato slices, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200�C.
Serve the casserole with sour cream, and decorate with greens.
