Casserole of cheese, vegetables and fruits
Ingredients:
500 g cheese
7-8 PCs apples
1 glass seedless raisins
200 g figs
2 PCs eggs
150 g butter
1/2 glass sugar
1/2 tbsp. semolina - 2
3-4 PCs carrots
250 g spinach
1/2 glass sour cream - 1
Carrot shred small strips, add a small amount of oil, water and simmer until tender. Connect with the chopped spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Apples and figs shred, mix it with vegetables, raisins and one egg, mix well.
Wipe curd through a sieve, mix with semolina, sugar, remaining egg and raisins.
In a greased form put in layers, alternating, cheese and fruit and vegetable mixture, sprinkle with butter. Bake in the oven.
When serving, decorate with cream.
