Curd pie with fruit

Ingredients:

1 kg cheese

2 PCs eggs

4 tbsp. sugar

5-6 tbsp. semolina

1 PCs pear

1 PCs banana

Curd connect with eggs and sugar (you can add a little sour cream, then stir in semolina and stir.

Fruit cut into pieces, add them to the dough.

The resulting mass is put in the form, buttered, spread with sour cream and bake in the oven or microwave oven until Golden brown.

Serve the casserole hot with sour cream.
