Rice with tomatoes
Ingredients:
200 g rice
4 pcs. tomatoes
2 onions - head
2 Garlic - cloves
1 h. l. tomato paste
1 h. l. salt
ground red pepper
vegetable oil
parsley
1 pcs. bouillon cubes
Preparation:
Cook rice in salted water. Tomatoes cut into pieces, onion - rings, garlic finely chop.
Heat oil, fry the onion and garlic, add the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the broth made from bouillon cube, put tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes, mix with rice, salt and pepper. Fig vegetable stew for 10 minutes.
When feeding out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
