Stew with rice and vegetables
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 onion
400 g pulp beef
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. tomato paste
120 g sour cream
ground pepper to taste
Onion chop and lightly fry in butter. Meat cut into pieces, salt, fry onions, add chopped garlic, tomato paste, pepper. At the end of cooking to warm with sour cream. Serve with rice and vegetables.
