Ragout of mushrooms with potatoes, rice and tomato sauce
250 g fresh mushrooms
30 g butter

4 potatoes
2,5 tbsp. rice
2 tbsp. fresh green peas
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
Clean, wash the potatoes, cut into cubes.
To sort, wash, dry rice.
Mushrooms clean, wash, cut in big pieces, put in a pan with hot butter 10 min with occasional stirring.
Salt the mushrooms, add the tomato paste diluted in 1 Cup of boiling water, bring to a boil.
Take portions of the pots, put them in first the potatoes, then the mushrooms with sauce, stir to extinguish at low temperature in the oven for 5 minutes, then add the rice, peas, put another 20 minutes
Before serving the stew of mushrooms with potatoes, rice and tomato sauce topped with green onions, pepper, parsley, served hot.
