Mushrooms canned in tomato sauce
600 g mushrooms
400 g tomato sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. salt
vinegar
Simple, but the original recipe canning mushrooms. This mushroom appetizer well manifest themselves for the new year table.
Mushrooms wash and clean, simmered them until tender in its own juice.
Warm tomato puree, salt, add sugar and stir, add vinegar to taste at the end of cooking.
To connect stewed mushrooms with tomato sauce, warm it up, then put in jars.
Next canning is done as follows: banks are covered with lids and sterilized 1.5 hours.
