Delicious mushroom salad, cooked to the recipe, like all domestic and showed himself on New Year's table. Used for the preparation of the New Year's better salad mushrooms.

Coarsely chop the mushrooms prepared and boil them in salted water, let cool mushrooms.

Cut the slices of tomatoes, carrots grate, onions and cut into rings, combine all the mushrooms, stir, add pepper and salt, add vegetable oil and cook over low heat for half an hour, then add the vinegar and finely chopped dill, warm up for 10 minutes.

Next canning is done as follows: mushroom salad expanded in sterilized jars and close parchment or plastic lids.

Stored canned mushroom salad should be cold.
