Mushroom salad
Required products:
250 g mushrooms canned
1/2 onion - head
30 g chives
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic - clove
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Mushrooms cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Onions and green onions, finely chop, mix it with mushrooms.
For the filling whisk oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Salad sprinkle chopped garlic and drizzle with the dressing.
Before serving, refrigerate.
