2 tbsp. lemon juice/Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Thin strips cut cabbage.
Clean the peppers and cut into strips, just chop marinated and cucumbers, if the mushrooms are large, cut into strips, small to put in the salad as a whole.
