Salad "Spicy"
Required Products:
1 lettuce - head
4 anchovies - fillets
2 shallots - cloves
2 Garlic - cloves
2 sweet pepper - pod
capers
6 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 Art. l. vinegar flavored with herbs
sugar - pinch
75 g chopped walnuts
Green salad, clean, wash, dry and cut into strips. Onions and garlic clean. Pepper, cut in half and remove the core. With Capers Drain.
Anchovies, onions, garlic, peppers and capers chop, connect, gradually pour in the oil, vinegar and mix until smooth. Season with sugar.
Green salad pour sauce, mix well, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
