Cauliflower salad with anchovies
Required Products:
500 g cauliflower
4 pcs. anchovies without bones
50 g olives, pitted
8 pcs. capers
2 Art. l. vinegar
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
pepper
basil
Cauliflower into florets dismantled and boil in salted water. Cool.
Anchovies finely chop.
Olives cut into rings.
Prepare the filling of vegetable oil, vinegar, finely chopped basil, pepper and salt.
Dressing poured cauliflower, incubated for 30 minutes.
Mix the cauliflower and anchovies, olives and capers make out.
