Canned salad with anchovies
3 kg tomato
2 kg frozen sardines
1 kg carrots
1 kg onions
0.5 l sauce "Krasnodar"
0.5 l vegetable oil
170 g sugar
70 g salt
Tomatoes twist, cut onion rings, carrots grate.
Connect prepared ingredients, stir and cook for 45 minutes, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and anchovies and cook over medium heat for 2 hours at low boil.
Then canning is done as follows: salad with anchovies expanded in sterile banks, they do not need to wrap up.
For a given amount of ingredients salad with anchovies output - 8 liters.
