Fish salad in Italian
Required Products:

50 g parsley or celery
2 pcs. tomatoes
60 g olives, pitted
180 g green beans
120 g anchovies
2 Art. l. balsamic vinegar
3 Art. l. olive oil
1 pcs. bay leaves
2 pcs. pepper black pepper
ground black pepper

1. Fillet pripuskayut in salted water for 12-15 minutes with the addition of 1 onions, roots, bay leaf and peppercorns. Pat dry fillets, cut kusochkami.2. Potatoes cut into cubes, onion - half rings, tomatoes - slices, olives - rings, anchovies - small cubes.
3. Beans cut into slices and turned up in salted water for 15 minutes.
4. For the filling in the vinegar, add salt, pepper, gradually pour in the butter and whisk together.
