Salad of salted fish with vegetables
Required Products:
500 g pink salmon salty - fillets
4 pcs. tomatoes
1 pcs. avocado
1 onions - head
30 g capers
4 Art. l. olive oil
2 pcs. lemon
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

Skinless fillet cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
Tomatoes scald with boiling water, peel, dice the flesh, put on the fish, drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper and put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Avocado cut in half, remove the pit, peel and cut into cubes. Onions cut into rings. Capers separate from fill.
Place the prepared foods for fish and tomatoes.
Before serving, complete your salad with lemon slices and herbs.
