Salad with avocado and salmon
For the recipe You will need:
1 PCs avocado
200 g pasta
100 g canned salmon
4-5 PCs tomatoes
100 g olives
3 tbsp. vegetable oil (preferably olive)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
salad leaf, salt, pepper - to taste
Cook pasta, drain, rinse and add a little olive oil. Avocado put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Then peel the avocado, cut the pieces. Pink salmon will divide into small slices. Combine pasta, fish, tomato wedges, olives, season with butter, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper and place on the salad leaves.
