Light salad with salmon, and avocado winter cress
250 g smoked salmon
50 g leaf bittercress
2 avocado
2 pen green onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
quartered lemon
For the sauce:
150 ml mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 green lemon (grated zest)
2 tbsp. juice green lemon
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Leaves bittercress slice, put on a plate, put the chopped green onion and parsley.
Avocado cut in half, cut off the peel, remove the seeds, flesh finely chopped, sprinkle with lemon juice, put on a plate, gently mix all the ingredients, add the chopped salmon.
In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise with the juice and zest of green lemon, parsley, mix well.
Pour a light salad with salmon, winter cress, avocado cooked sauce, serve with quarters of green lemon.
