Salad with salmon and avocado
Required products:
200 g salmon canned in its own juice
1 PCs avocado
2 PCs tomatoes
2 PCs quail eggs boiled
4 tsp. salmon caviar
For the sauce:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1. Salmon chop or mash with a fork.2. Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds, peel. The pulp of the avocado and tomatoes cut into cubes.
3. For the sauce, the ingredients will combine, whisk mixer.
4. In a salad bowl layer put the tomatoes, avocado and salmon.
5. Pour the prepared sauce.
6. When serving, arrange lettuce halves of eggs, eggs and greens.
