Avocado salad with salmon and beets
1 avocado. 2 small baked in foil beet. Trout salt - 200g. 1 large tomato. 1-2 boiled eggs. Half a sweet pepper. Half of the bulb. Mayonnaise, dill, parsley.
All chop in small cubes, put layers accurately with a small amount of mayonnaise. Products can be alternated in any sequence, only the first and last layers must be beet. Salad garnish grated on a fine grater, egg, tomato, avocado slices and greens.
