The vermicelli salad with tuna
Required products:
250 g vermicelli
3 celery - stalk
4 PCs tomatoes
1 onion - head
10 PCs olives
10 PCs olives stuffed
1 sweet red pepper - pod
125 g fish canned
5 Basil sprigs
3 tbsp. olive oil
5 tbsp. vinegar wine red
white pepper - pinch of
salt
The noodles boil in salted water for 12 minutes and drain in a colander.
Celery wash, peel and cut into thin strips. Tomatoes scald with boiling water, peel, remove seeds, pulp, cut into cubes. Onion peel and very finely chop. The olives to remove the bones, flesh coarsely chop the olives cut into thin circles. Sweet pepper cut in half, remove the core, flesh cut into cubes.
