Salad with fish and rice
Required products:
200 g fillet fish (whitefish, walleye or salmon)
100 g a mixture of white and wild rice
100 g shrimp
1 PCs avocado
1 tsp. brandy
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 lime juice
ground black pepper

1. Fish fillets cut, sprinkle with juice of 1 lime, propuskaite 15 minutes in salted water. Slice the fillet pieces.2. The rice cook for 15-20 minutes in plenty of salted water, drain in a colander.
3. Shrimp boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then clean.
4. Avocado cut in half, remove pit and peel. The pulp is cut into slices.
