Fish salad (2)
Required products:
600 g cod fillet
1 onion - head
100 g green peas canned
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 PCs tomatoes
100 g mushrooms
250 g the natural yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic chopped
2 PCs Bay leaf
1 tbsp. sauce for fish
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cod fillet propuskaite in salted water with the addition of sliced onion, Bay leaf and seasoning 15-20 minutes. Then fillet, remove, drain and cut into cubes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes. Mushrooms boil, cut into slices.
For the yogurt sauce, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, add tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, onions and garlic.
Fish connect with prepared sauce.
When serving, put the salad on a platter and decorate with greens.
