Fish salad with green peas
Required products:
400 g fish (fillet)
300 g green peas, frozen
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. the fruit vinegar
1 PCs tomatoes
80 g marinated mushrooms
1/2 the sweet Bulgarian pepper - pod
2 PCs parsley root
3 PCs egg (including one for decoration)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 garlic - clove
1 tsp. mustard
ground pepper - to taste
lettuce (leaf)
salt
Fish fillet simmered with the addition of root parsley, salt and vinegar. Cool and cut into slices.
Defrost peas and simmered for 5 minutes in salted water. Cool.
Slice the peppers and raw parsley root thin strips. Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms. Boil the eggs and cut into slices.
The salad bowl put the lettuce, put all the ingredients of a salad, lightly mix them, cover with mixture of mayonnaise, minced garlic, mustard and pepper. Decorate with slices of boiled eggs.
