Salad with hot smoked fish
Required products:
2 mackerel hot smoked fillet
3 PCs potatoes - 2
2 PCs pickles
4 tbsp. green peas canned
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 PCs carrots - 1
1/2 glass mayonnaise
the leaves of green salad
dill or parsley
Potatoes and carrots wash, fill with cold water and boil until tender.
Fillet the fish and cucumber slice.
Cooked and cooled potatoes and carrots peel, cut into thin slices, mix it with chopped fish, cucumbers, green beans, a part of mayonnaise and mix gently.
Salad put in the salad-dish, pour the remaining mayonnaise, garnish with slices of fish, sliced carrots, lettuce and parsley or dill.
