Fish salad with green peas
Required Products:
400 g fish (fillet)
300 g frozen green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. fruit vinegar
1 pcs. tomatoes
80 g marinated mushrooms
1/2 Bulgarian peppers - pod
2 pcs. parsley root
3 pcs. Egg (including one for registration)
4 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 garlic - clove
1 h. l. mustard
ground pepper - to taste
salad (leaves)

Fish fillet simmered with the addition of parsley root, salt and vinegar. Refrigerate and cut into slices.
Thaw peas and ran 5 minutes in salted water. Refrigerate.
Cut the bell peppers and raw parsley root into thin strips. Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms. Boil the eggs and cut into slices.
Put the salad bowl lettuce, put all the ingredients of salad, lightly Stir, pour the mixture on top of mayonnaise, minced garlic, mustard and pepper. Arrange slices of boiled egg.
