The Swedish salad with fish
For the recipe You will need:
500 g frozen fish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 PCs onion
1 PCs cucumber
1 glass peas (boiled)
100 g plain yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. mustard
vinegar - a little
pepper - to taste
salt
Cook the fish fillets and cut into dice. Then pour a small amount of water (so the water just covers the fish and boil on low heat for 5 minutes, Drain in a sieve and cool. The fish will retain its beautiful white color, if you sprinkle it with lemon juice. Cucumber cut into quarters, onion in small cubes. Add peas, fish, put all in a bowl and stir.
For the sauce: yogurt (instead of yogurt, you can use sour cream, mustard and a little vinegar (to taste), salt and pepper (to taste) mix until a smooth sauce, then pour them a salad. The salad will be more effective if you add crab or decorate with slices of red fish.
