Fish salad "Sauvignon"
For the recipe You will need:
800 g fish fillet
2 glass "Sauvignon" (dry white wine)
1/2 glass lemon juice
4 tomatoes
1 PCs onion (chopped)
10 PCs black olives (pitted)
1 PCs zucchini
1 glass green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 glass chopped parsley and dill
salt
pepper - to taste
for the sauce:
1/3 glass white wine vinegar
2 celery
1/4 glass chopped parsley
1/3 glass olive oil
pepper - to taste
salt
Boil the fish in wine 20-25 minutes. Cut into small pieces, put in a bowl. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, add the chopped vegetables and herbs, mix well.
Mix the components for the sauce, salt and pepper. Pour salad dressing and gently stir. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then serve.
