Required Products:

450 g white fish (cooked fillets without skin)

100 g boiled shrimp peeled

1 anchovies (fillet) - Bank

4 Art. l. black olives

2 Art. l. chopped parsley

6 Art. l. dry white wine

1 Art. l. lemon juice

1 onions - head

1 garlic - clove

1 red pepper - pod

To prepare the seasoning chop the onion and garlic, chop the pepper pod. Put all ingredients condiments (oil, wine, pepper, salt) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Refrigerate.

Thoroughly mix white fish, cut into pieces the size of 5 cm, shrimp, chopped anchovies no fill, black olives, chopped fresh herbs. Pour the chilled dressing and mix gently so as not to damage the fish.

Put a serving dish lettuce. Top with fish mixture. Arrange lemon balm leaves.
