Seafood Salad
Required Products:
50 g Fresh-frozen squid
50 g Fresh-frozen shrimp
50 g mussels
100 g white fish - fillets
2-3 Art. l. vegetable oil
lettuce
cilantro (twigs)
2 red pepper or chili - pod
2 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. lemon juice
2 h. l. sugar
Salt - to taste
Thawed squid, clean, wash, put in boiling water, boil for 3-5 minutes, then cover with cold water, after cooling, cut into slices. Thawed shrimp fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Molluscs rinse and fry in butter for 3-4 minutes. Fish fillets cut into slices and fry in the same oil for 2-3 minutes.
For the sauce, pepper finely chopped, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, sochok obtained with fried seafood, sugar and salt.
Fill seafood prepared sauce, stir and place on lettuce and cilantro.
