Stewed sauerkraut with seafood
1 kg sauerkraut
400 g fish
300 g Potato
150 g shrimp
2 glass dry white wine
1 onions
4 Art. l. dry white wine
2 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. vegetable oil

Onion peel and finely chop, potatoes peeled, cut each tuber into four segments.
Pan heat the oil, put the onion, pepper and salt and fry for 3-4 minutes, put the cabbage, pour 2 cups of wine, stir, put the potatoes, stir, cover under the boil and leave to simmer on low heat until cooked potatoes about 40 minutes .
Fish slice, coat with olive oil, pepper and salt, shrimp clean, fry fish and shrimp at a time in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
In the rest after cooking seafood pan pour 4 tablespoons wine, stir, pour the liquid to the cabbage, stir and top with shrimp and fish, cook for 10 minutes, covered with a lid.
