Fish with "green" sauce
400 g fillet of fish (pangasius, redfish)
pepper
salt
Green sauce:
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 Art. l. olive or vegetable oil
1-2 Art. l. dry white wine
1 bunch of parsley or cilantro

Wash the fish, cut into pieces a la carte, put in a baking dish, bake for 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
Clean, finely chopped garlic, wash and chop the parsley.
Warm oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and herbs, stir fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add the wine, stir again and bring everything to a boil, cook for 1 minute, then add pepper and salt.
Put the fish in a pan with the sauce, heat the whole for 6 minutes.
Before serving fish with "green" sauce laid out on a plate, poured sauce and sprinkled with lemon or lime juice.
