Fish with peanut sauce
1 kg carp, carp or catfish
1 onions
? glass shelled walnuts
1 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
? tsp. wheat flour
parsley
garlic
pepper
salt
Fish to prepare, cut into pieces, boil in salted water for 20 minutes
Finely chop the onion, fry it in butter, add diluted in a small amount of fish broth or water and flour, cook.
Add to the onions spices, passed through a garlic press, chopped walnuts, diluted with water, stir, add the vinegar and chopped parsley.
Ready fish is poured over cooked hot peanut sauce, cooled.
Served fish with peanut sauce cold.
