Stuffed with nuts carp
200 g shelled nuts
2 carp
2 onions
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. crushed crackers

Clean the fish scales, cut off the head, remove the entrails, without cutting the abdomen, wash.
Toasted lightly grind nuts, finely chop the onion, fry in butter.
Eggs boiled hard-boiled, chopped, combine the nuts, onions, add the breadcrumbs, salt, add nutmeg, parsley, stir.
Stuff cooked with a mixture of fish, wrap in foil.
Baked stuffed with nuts carp for 25 min, served with boiled potatoes, vegetables and melted butter.
