Baked with eggs carp
1 kg carp
3 eggs
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
3 tbsp. grated hard cheese
black pepper
salt
Peel and cut in carp fillets with bones, cut into pieces, add salt and pepper.
Beat cheese and mayonnaise egg, coat with a mixture of fish pieces.
Baked carp at a temperature of 170 degrees for half an hour.
Before serving, baked with eggs carp served boiled vegetables and decorated with greenery.
