Braised in beer carp
1 kg carp
300 ml light beer
50 g vegetable oil
2 onions
2 carrots
1 h. l. honey
parsley
spices
salt
Carp clean, remove from the fish as much as possible the bones, cut into pieces a la carte.
Put the fish in a pan with hot oil, add chopped vegetables and spices, honey, mixed with? glasses of water.
Pour carp beer, bring to a boil over high heat, then immediately reduce the heat to minimum and cook until cooked carp.
Before serving braised in beer carp is laid out on a plate and pour sauce - filtered broth remaining after quenching.
