"Honey" carp
1 kg carp
50 g butter

1-2 parsley root
1 h. l. honey

Carp prepare, remove bones, cut into pieces a la carte.
Take a shallow pan, greased wall, put the fish in it.
Cut vegetables, honey dissolve in water, add to the fish.
Pour beer, cook until done.
Ready "honey" Carp laid before serving the dish and decorated with greenery.
