Carp in Munich
600 g carp
1 onions
1 carrot
1 parsley root
? glass light beer
1 Art. l. butter

1 h. l. sugar

Sliced onions and carrots, podpech them in a dry pan.
Cut into pieces a la carte fish, fill it with water, add the onion and carrot, parsley, cook until done.
Spassirovat in butter flour, cool slightly, add? cup fish broth, sugar, beer, pepper and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Before serving carp in Munich is laid out on a dish, poured sauce and decorated with greenery.
