Carp in sweet and sour sauce
600 g carp fillet

? parsley root
? carrot root
2 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. wheat flour

Cut the carp into portions pieces, add salt and pepper, add the chopped carrot, parsley and onion, Bay leaves, simmered fish until tender.
To passionate flour in butter, add 1 Cup fish broth, tomato puree (roasted), raisins, lemon juice, boil the sauce until it thickens.
Before feeding the carp put in the sauce and warmed up, then carp in sweet and sour sauce sprinkled with finely chopped greens, served with a side dish of boiled potatoes.
