Fish in soy-honey sauce
200 g salmon fillet (or any red fish)
what kind of salmon to choose? we'll show
20 g sesame seeds
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
red pepper
Mix the pepper, soy sauce and honey, marinate the fish for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and together with the sauce and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes
Served fish in soy-honey sauce with vegetables or salad.
