Salmon salad with orange sauce
For salmon:
4 salmon fillet
? orange (juice and zest)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
olive oil
Salad:
100 g carrots
100 g red cabbage
lettuce
sesame
Cut salmon fillet into equal slices, sesame oil and mix with soy sauce, brown sugar, grated orange zest and juice.
Pour the fish with half of the marinade for 15 minutes to leave, then put on a baking sheet, covered with foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Carrots clean, RUB on the Korean grater, shred the cabbage, mix well with salad leaves, to put on top of the fish pieces, pour the remaining marinade.
Before serving the salad with salmon in orange sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
