Salmon with salad
What you need:
 
150 g salmon fillet
salad leaves (lettuce)
100 g processed cheese soft
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. greens finely chopped
1/2 glass orange juice
1 tsp. vinegar 3%
1 PCs sweet pepper
salt , ground black pepper
To prepare the cream greens mix with cream cheese.
For the sauce, orange juice mixed with part of the oil, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
Fish fry in the remaining oil, put on a lined lettuce dish, pour over cooked cream, add the prepared sauce, place peppers and herbs.
