Salmon in cream sauce
250 ml salmon fillet - 300 g cream (10%)
200 g processed cheese (like viola)
2 tbsp. dried ground
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried Basil
salt and white pepper to taste
Salmon fillet cut into equal pieces and fry quickly in olive oil until Golden brown. Cream reheat in a saucepan and add the dried Basil, salt, white pepper and melted cheese. The contents of the skillet, you need to constantly stir. Once all the cheese is melted in the cream put the salmon in ovenproof dish, pour cream cheese, sprinkle with crushed crackers and place in a preheated 220 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
