Salad with greens and smoked salmon
Required products:
300 g lettuce
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
160 g smoked salmon (fillet)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. sour cream
30 g green onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Salad rinse, drain. Onion finely chopped, leaving a few arrows for registration.Mix the sour cream with lemon juice, parsley and onion, salt and pepper.
Put the salad on a dish, hareruya salmon, sliced, pour the sour cream on top, decorate with green onions.
