The potato salad with smoked fish (2)
Required products:
200 g mackerel hot smoked (fillet)
3-4 PCs boiled potatoes
100 g pickled mushrooms
2 PCs cucumbers
2 tbsp. green onions finely chopped
6 tbsp. thick sour cream
1 tbsp. Basil chopped
dill
salt to taste
Fillet, peeled potatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms cut into cubes. Mix in green onions, salt and season with sour cream.Before serving, put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with Basil, decorate with slices of fish, mushrooms and greens.
