Salad of smoked fish and potatoes
For this recipe you will need:
500-600 g smoked fish (cod, hake, etc.).
6-8 pcs. potatoes (boiled)
3 Art. l. dill (chopped)
Green (or onions) onion - to taste
250 g radishes and fresh or pickled cucumbers
For the sauce:
2 pcs. egg (boiled)
200 g sour cream
Clear smoked fish, carefully remove the bones, cut into fillets. Boiled potatoes and radishes, cucumbers and apples cut into cubes. All composite products salad stacked layers or mixed in a bowl and pour over the salad dressing. Garnish with a slice on top of a boiled egg and a beautiful leaf lettuce (or sprinkle with chopped green onions).
